Learn how to create an account.
Private account
1. download the Android or IOs app from the App Store.
2. click on “Create new account”.
3. you will then be guided through the registration process. To complete the registration process, you will need a valid ID card with eID function and PIN. If you do not know your PIN, you can contact your local citizens’ office.
Business account
1. open a private account, if you have not already done so
2. log in via the web app and navigate to the profile. Click on the “Open business account” button.
3. upload supporting documents such as an extract from the commercial register
4. we check your documents and, if the result is positive, open your business account and link it to your private account.
