Digital contracts are documents that are created, signed, transmitted and archived electronically. Unlike traditional paper documents, digital contracts are created in digital form and can be signed electronically.
How do I sign digital contracts?
To sign a contract digitally, all you have to do is log into your digital mailbox with your smartphone. There you can check the document for correctness and approve the signature process with just a few clicks by confirming FaceID or your fingerprint. We take care of the rest.
How secure are digital signatures?
Our digital signatures are based on cryptographic algorithms. This means that the document remains unchanged during and after the signature process. You can only create a signature from a smartphone that is linked to your account. Approval is by biometrics, which makes the signatures generated very secure.
How do I receive digital contracts?
Every sender who sends their letters via Brifle can also send digital contracts. As soon as you open a digital mailbox with us, you will receive digital contracts from registered senders. These are automatically saved in your mailbox.
